- Pay fees as agreed in our engagement letter

4. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are outlined in our engagement letter and may be billed on an hourly, fixed-fee, or retainer basis. Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional ethics and applicable laws. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ochola Jakarondo & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that:

- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- KRA will accept all tax positions taken

Either party may terminate our engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
